Are you finding that your new SL150 or SL600 isn't being picked up by Windows, or it says invalid device?
- All you need to do is update your Windows system, from Control Panel. Doing this will provide you with the drivers you need to run any Studio Series microphone.
If you have updated your Windows machine and are still running into driver issues we recommend you contact Microsoft or your PC manufacturer for a solution, as this is likely to be an issue with your PC.
If your microphone has been used for many years we recommend changing the USB cable.
