My Mic is plugged in via USB but there doesn’t appear to be any lights on, what should I do?

Not to fear.

As long as your microphone can still record, you're good to go. The SL is a clever little microphone, and if it detects your computer is not sending very much power, it will switch off the blue light to allow for enough power to be used for optimal recording ability.
