Our recording equipment is sent via either DHL or UPS for international orders and DPD for UK orders - a tracking number will be added to your order panel shortly after its dispatch. If you believe your tracking information has not been updated, please contact us and we can look into this right away for you.
Some items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class (such as our PC Keyboards, Keyboard Covers and other small items) so we are unable to provide tracking information
for these orders, but should you have a concern that your order is taking too long to be delivered please do not hesitate to get in touch via info@editorskeys.com.
